per person
This
includes:
- Round-trip
airfare from Boston to Accra
- Four star
Accomodation and Meals (3 a day)
- All ground
transportation to and from Accra Airport and group organized trips
and excursions
This
does not include:
- Transportation
to and from Boston Airport,
- One month
tourist visa for Ghana
- Vaccinations
and all medical preparations
- Personal
shopping in Ghana
- Snacks and
other unscheduled meals
- Passport
fees
PAYMENT
SCHEDULE
It is the responsibility of the players and parents to follow the
payment schedule. Airline and other tour bookings cannot be assured
without timely payments. After a ten-day grace period, a $25 late
charge will be applied to any late payment.
A deposit of $300 is due with the signed Conditions form.
These (the $300 deposit plus the signed Conditions form) are required
immediately in order to reserve a place in the program.
A second payment of $500 is due on or before April1, 2005.
A third payment of $600 is due on or before August 1, 2005.
The balance is due on or before Nov 1, 2005.
Whenever you decide, your sign-up payment should equal all payments
that will bring you up to date according to the above schedule.
Upon acceptance into the program, players will receive a CD. The
CD can be used to recruit sponsors.
